Returns & Refunds

We accept returns and replacement requests only for:

• Damaged products
• Defective products
• Incorrect products delivered

To be eligible for a return or replacement:

• The request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
• The product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging with all accessories and invoices included.

Non-Refundable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

• Used products
• Products damaged due to misuse
• Products without original packaging
• Clearance or discounted items
• Change of mind purchases

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• In some cases, only replacement may be provided instead of a refund.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before shipment. Once shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
